COVID 19 UPDATE....

The ‘New Normal’

 

In order to open and operate the Secret Camp Out  POP UP CAMPSITE safely, we will be making some changes to the way we operate, following Government guidance, with measures including, but not limited to:

 

We are asking everyone on site to be as self sufficient as possble to reduce contact in communal areas, please bring porta potties/loos and your own washing up facilities. This will help you stay safe!

 

Social distancing in place as per government Guidance

Shower Block Deep Clean Twice a day

Check-in Outdoors

Guidance given on use of water points, chemical disposal and other areas

One-way systems for the Outdoor Bar

Thorough and regular cleaning of all communal areas.

Hand sanitiser points Outside and inside toilets/ showers.

Hand sanitiser Points around the site and near water points

 

 

Live music performances are now permitted Outdoors with Social distancing in place.

Entertainment will be on site on Saturday evenings.

 

We will be asking all attendees to stay within their family group/ Bubble. Tables and seating will be  allocated and socially distanced from other groups. Our performers will socially be distanced. Dancing within your own area will be permitted as long as you stay within your group as per government guidelines.

‘Fresh Air Hotels’

 

Stockton Park has wide open spaces between pitches, we are surrounded by countryside which makes it easier to maintain social distancing and stay safe.

 

 

Our main concern is over family and group numbers and although we will social distance you’re pitches we will ask you keep to you’re family or bubble that your numbers are in line with the government advice.

 

We will have Portable loos on site with sanitizer product outside and in .We also have 4 water points two allocated for hand washing two allocated for fresh drinking water.

 

The Showers will only be accessible at set times.  It will be a unisex block.  There will be a sanitizing product available for you to use between visits and we will carry out deep cleans when it is closed 2x times a day.

 

The nearest shop for supplies is the mini Supermarket Budgens

 

We will have a Catering Van onsite for takeaway food. As there is less guests we would love it if you supported them to make it worth there while coming .

 

We might relax these measures later in the Summer but the early dates these seem like the safest options.
